  • Nut-locking cable doesn't work and random "disconnects"

    • Bought my Makestick X Prime earlier this fall and during that time:

      1. My nut-locking cable stopped working it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over even though it's securely plugged in and everything inside the stick is properly connected. The LEDs on the stick are lit the entire time. I contacted about this in September but still haven't received any confirmation on the order.

      2. At seemingly random and pretty rarely everything just stops working. To be more specific I can sit doing combos playing a game doesn't really matter what I'm doing and suddenly it just stops and no buttons nor the lever works for roughly 0.5-1.5 seconds and then it starts working again like nothing has happened. Unlike with the nut-locking cable there is no disconnection audio or visual prompt from Windows 11 to signal that it lost connection and the blue LEDs are still lit meaning it still has power.

      Regarding both points: I have at multiple occassions double-checked the inside to make sure everything is connected and there is no visual damage on any cable including the nut-locking one or any loose connections.
