Hello I wanted to change the order from IST Knee Lever to Knee Lever neo I replied on your email and said i wanted change and today it says Shipped… I’ve got no response I want a refund on the lever I ordered it wont fit and i cant use it on my arcade stick I want the Knee Neo Lever..

Your new order with Neo levers will be sent from Korea on December 2nd.

There will be no pickup on the weekend as the courier company is not working.

Also, Korea is currently experiencing bad weather due to heavy snowfall, so there may be delays in delivery.
