wrong diameter of head for CrazyDongpal lever

Good day. The head (activator) for the lever ordered by me in order 20241017_CE4_0000025 has the wrong diameter. It is 14.9 instead of the declared 15.3 which makes the activator defective it is impossible to use it. How can we solve this problem? I would probably need a coupon so that I could order this activator in my next order (if it has the right diameter of course). I can provide proof if necessary of course.
