• Feb 12 (Thu): Shipping cutoff

• Feb 13 (Fri) – Feb 14 (Sat): Customer support available (Email and Inquiry board)

• Feb 15 (Sun) – Feb 18 (Wed): Holiday (Closed)

• Feb 19 (Thu): Shipping resumes

Shipping Information

• Orders placed by February 12 (Thu) will be shipped before the holiday. Orders placed after this date will be processed and shipped sequentially starting from February 19 (Thu).

• Please note that Makestick and Arcade Stick products require additional assembly time. Therefore, orders for these items placed after February 10 will be shipped starting from February 19.
