We would like to inform you of our shipping and holiday schedule during the Korean Chuseok holiday period in 2025.

• Orders received by October 1st will be shipped before the holiday.

• From October 2nd to October 9th, all couriers in Korea will be closed, so orders placed during this period will be shipped sequentially from October 10th onward.

• Our staff will also be on holiday from October 3rd to October 9th, so email responses may be delayed.

• For the Make Stick series, which requires production time, shipments may be slightly delayed even if the order was placed before October 1st.
