We have received many inquiries regarding U.S. customs duties. To minimize confusion, we have changed our policy so that customs duties are included in the shipping fee, and no additional customs duties will be charged on the product price.

For purchases made in the United States, the shipping fee may appear slightly higher than before, but this is because customs duties and clearance fees are all included in the shipping cost. We have also reduced our margin in order to minimize any increase in shipping fees.

* This policy applies only to the United States. For other countries, the existing shipping rates remain the same, and customs duties are not included in these rates.

For purchases shipped to the United States, a 15% customs duty will be charged on the product value. The shipping terms have been changed from DAP (Delivered at Place) to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that the taxes are prepaid on our site so that no additional duties will be imposed during U.S. customs clearance.

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will officially end the “de minimis” duty-free exemption that previously applied to international parcels valued at ≤ USD 800.

As of August 22, international postal services to the U.S., including EMS and K-Packet (USPS Standard Airmail), have been fully suspended due to uncertainties in customs procedures. Please note that this is not a decision made by IST MALL, but a measure implemented simultaneously by postal authorities in several countries, including France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, the Nordic countries, Singapore, and Korea.
Until the suspension is lifted, shipments to the U.S. can only be made through express courier services such as DHL and FedEx.

In addition, beginning August 29, purchases shipped to the U.S. will be subject to an additional 15% customs duty on the product value. To ensure smooth delivery, we will ship via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, so your orders will be delivered safely to your door without any additional charges requested by U.S. Customs.

For destinations outside the United States, orders can still be placed and shipped as usual. However, since there is currently significant uncertainty and ongoing changes from customs authorities and couriers regarding U.S. shipments, please check this notice regularly for the latest updates.
