This is a Guide Set compatible with the Sanjuks Type-R lever.
It consists of three guides: square, octagonal, and circular.

Compatibility is guaranteed only with the Type-R lever, and it cannot be installed on other levers.

You can replace the guide by removing the mounting screws on the bottom of the lever.
